Designed in collaboration with HAY by Norwegian designers Andreas Engesvik and Daniel Rybakken, the Arbour series embodies the concept that design should follow construction. Assembled from separate components that have been independently produced, Arbour was developed to create a compact, comfortable and durable sofa with a sustainable profile featuring the Nordic Swan Ecolabel. The solid wooden frame clearly defines the sofa’s space, creating a contrast that amplifies the soft, organic seats inside the architectural exterior. With its logical construction and uncluttered design language, Arbour fuses its distinctly Scandinavian aesthetics with high comfort and great durability. The Arbour family comprises a two- and three-seater sofa, and the more compact Arbour Club Sofa and Armchair.
Approved EU-Ecolabelled textiles for the Nordic Swan Ecolabelled Arbour- Atlas, Remix, Surface By Hay, Fiord, Steelcut, Steelcut Trio, Melange Nap, Divina, Divina Md, Divina Melange, Re-Wool, Canvas, Hallingdal, Lila, Raas and Vidar.
