Refund policy

Ordering online can be tricky, sometimes the product isn’t exactly what you were expecting, we get it!
That’s why we offer refunds* within 30 days if an item isn’t quite right. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is not right for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the tax invoice or proof of purchase. Returns requested after this 30 day period will not be accepted.

Returned items will be reimbursed at the full purchase price, upon arrival at our return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The original shipping cost will not be refunded, and the cost of returning the goods is payable by the customer. We recommend that you use a trackable delivery service, as we cannot issue a refund until the item has been received.

Please ensure that you retain the original packaging and that your return parcel is secure, as damaged items received will not be eligible for refund.

Returns Process

If you have an online account, simply log in and navigate to your orders and select the option to return items. You can choose which items you would like to return, the return reason and if you would like a replacement, refund or store credit. Add any comments that may be applicable to your return and Submit Return Request. One of our team members will then review your return request and either approve or reach out for further information within 24 hours.

If your change of mind return request has been approved, please repackage in original packaging if possible and organise shipping with your chosen carrier within 10 business days. Ensure your details and order number are clearly listed on the package.

If you do not have an online account and would like to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. One of our team members will then review your return request and will respond if approved or if further details are required.

Which Products Are Not Eligible For a Refund?


Pre-ordered items, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for a refund.


Items will not be eligible for a refund if:

  • The item has obvious signs of use
  • The item is not in its original condition
  • More than 30 days has passed since the delivery date
  • The item was on sale (excludes use of discount code only)
  • The item was purchased on pre-order


Damages and issues

Many of the products we sell are handmade and this is noted on the product detail pages if differences may be present. If there are variations in colour, texture, shape or otherwise which are not considered faults due to the manufacturing process, the product cannot be returned for this reason.

In the unlikely event that a product has arrived to you faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Sale Items

Items on sale, not including those only discounted by a promotional code, are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
