Block Sculpture

The Block Sculpture is constructed by four gorgeous sandstone plates. Gently slide the pieces together and a magnificent microcosm of a large Bauhaus-style building will emerge in front of you. Add sculptural minimalism and architectural finesse to your home interior.

The solid smooth sandstone plates of the Block Sculpture lock into each other forming this magnificent piece. Sandstone has been used in mosaics, monuments and sculptures for centuries and thus an evident material for the Block Sculpture. The sculptures outward form and appearance manifests Kristina Dam Studios love for the great German Bauhaus art school founded by Walter Gropius. The Block Sculpture comes unassembled and is shipped flat-packed. When you receive it, all you have to do is to slide the four sandstone pieces together (no tools needed) as a small LEGO like sculpture.

Care Instructions
Please make sure the Block Sculpture is correctly assembled before use. The sculptures pieces are handmade out of sandstone, so small differences in shape and colour may occur. When cleaning the product use only a damp cloth. Dry immediately with a soft cloth to prevent water marks and stains. Please handle the Block Sculpture carefully to prevent scratches on the surface and be aware of the fragile edges.
